I received my Bachelor's Degree in History and Education. I went on to receive my Master's Degree in Reading as a graduate fellow and my 6th Year degree in Education Leadership, where I received the program's highest recognition. I have been working as an educational consultant for the past 5 years.
I have worked as a classroom teacher, reading consultant, curriculum developer, principal and Assistant Superintendent. I have extensive experience in curriculum design, effective teaching and early literacy instruction.
When I'm not working with clients, I support several non-profits and enjoy spending time at our summer cottage in northwestern Connecticut. My favorite weekend activity is spending time with my spouse and the rest of my family, including my terrier, Monty.
I offer a complimentary one-hour consult to better understand the needs of the client and to determine the educational solution.
I deliver on-site professional development to educators and those interested in improving curriculum, instruction and the promise of education.
I offer a complete service that includes evaluating each client's needs, establishing goals, providing on-site support , and producing product and an improved skill-base to promote academic success.
